수원 광교에 있는 '수원컨벤션센터' 3층에 있는 '컨벤션홀1' 에서
10월 4일 오후 1시 부터 접수가 시작이 됩니다.
이때 여러분들에게 명찰과 굿즈가 담긴 에코백을 드립니다.
오후 6시까지 접수가 진행이 되니 여유있게 오시면 됩니다.
4일에 확실하게 참석을 못하시는 분들은

1. 5일 또는 6일에 오시는 경우

1) 스케치패스 참가자 일 경우

2) 워크샵 참가자 일 경우
2-1) '01번 Alvin Mark Tan', '12번 Sheilasplayground’ 작가님의 워크샵 참석자 일 경우
-> 수원컨벤션센터 4층 회의실 404호로 오세요.
2-2) 나머지 워크샵 참가자
-> '수원화성박물관' 앞 아시아링크 천막으로 오세요.
2. 7일에 오시는 경우
시간 : 아침 9시 30분~10시 30분
장소 : '수원화성박물관' 앞 아시아링크 천막으로 오세요.

Our AsiaLink event starts on October 4th.
At Convention Hall 1 on the 3rd floor of ‘Suwon Convention Center’ in Gwanggyo, Suwon.
Applications will begin at 1pm on October 4th.
At this time, We will give you an Goody bag containing a name tag and goodies.
Applications are accepted until 6 p.m., so please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

We will guide you on where to come next.
1. If you are coming on the 5th or 6th
Time: 9:30 to 10:30 am
location :
1) If you are a Sketch Pass participant
-> Come to meeting room 404 on the 4th floor of Suwon Convention Center.
2) If you are a workshop participant
2-1) If you are a workshop attendee of ‘01 Alvin Mark Tan’ or ‘12 Sheilasplayground’
-> Come to meeting room 404 on the 4th floor of Suwon Convention Center.
2-2) The remaining workshop participants
-> Come to the AsiaLink tent in front of ‘Suwon Hwaseong Museum’.
2. If you come on the 7th
Time: 9:30 to 10:30 am
